Client confidentiality is one of B&A's primary focuses. We know that if our clients' private information is compromised or captured by one of their competitors, the result could have a potentially negative impact on our clients' business. With the maturity and complexity of today's IT infrastructures and systems, we are faced with an unprecedented number of threats and attacks. We, therefore, take the lead responsibility in insuring that this does not occur by providing immediate detection of these threats and by mitigating the attacks.

Client Training

B&A provides client training in Business Developement, Project Management, and specific IT subjects via - classrooms/labs, on-site group, one to one, and web enabled sessions. B&A specializes in customized training specific to our clients' needs and business changes.

24/7 Caller support

B&A maintains a call center for our clients' convenience. When a client calls our main office number, the caller will be routed to the appropriate person to handle the need or the requested voice mail account. As always, B&A is available to our clients anytime, and we expect our clients to contact us at the time of need regardless of the day or hour. It remains our policy to never charge our client additional fees or increased rates because they call outside of their normal business hours. The IT infrastructures and systems we've all come to rely on never sleep; therefore, B&A is always prepared to meet the needs.

Remote Monitoring, Maintenance, Off-Site Data Protection, and End User Support

"Managed Services" - we've been providing these types of services long before this new IT term was phrased. Within the modern IT infrastructures that are being designed and built is included the ability to remotely monitor, manage, update, troubleshoot, and provide administrative and/or end-user training. B&A has proven and utilized these systems for over sixteen years. These tools have lead to the highest level of support, highest "up-time" percentages, and higher client productivity levels. We also provide backup and recovery services (tape-free, online, off-site, data disaster recovery, business continuity services).

On-site Support

B&A provides services on an hourly as needed basis, monthly or annual service contracts, time and material basis, reserved blocks of hours and/or days that we can be in our clients' offices. Our team of professionals and support staff are always willing to schedule an appointment around your normal work hours. In the event of an IT emergency, our engineers and/or technicians can typically be on-site within two to four hours of the issue assessment (within Colorado). We are always sensitive to our clients' productivity priorities and various business environments; therefore, we strive to minimize any unnecessary interruptions. If the issue simply requires normal maintenance or a non-urgent upgrade, we will schedule a time of mutual convenience.
